This is an attractive lakeside nature centre owned by the Forestry Commission, where red kites are fed daily. There are also buzzaards, ravens, goshawks and peregrine falcons. On the lake there are coots and grebes.
Bwlch Nant Yr Arian is a good place to visit as there are also mountain bike trails and an attractive visitor centre.
