The woodland around Betws-y-Coed has many forest trails. In addition to the classic routes tackled by the serious walkers there are many easy walks, well waymarked, and suitable for all the family. The whole area is peaceful and tranquil, and the forest trails often visit lakes, waterfalls, rivers and bridges. There are even historic trails to follow.
