Many of the mountainsides around Snowdonia are dotted with ancient buriel chambers, stone circles, forts and the like. Particularly rich in ancient relics is the eastern Conwy valley. When taking into consideration the breath-taking mountain scenery of this area then one could be forgiven for hastily making his way in this direction to explore the area's past.
